Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (the individual or entity using Trustfill) and TWT EXPERTS LLC (“Trustfill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the product at https://gettrustfill.com.

If you use Trustfill on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.

Trustfill is a self-serve software tool that helps teams draft answers to security questionnaires from an evidence vault, with citations, human review, and export. Features may change as we improve the product.

No compliance guarantee. Trustfill does not certify that you are SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, or otherwise compliant. Drafts are assistive. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and submitting answers to buyers or auditors.

Answers without adequate evidence may be marked UNVERIFIED. Exporting or submitting an answer does not mean Trustfill has verified its accuracy.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including invited members
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at hello@gettrustfill.com

You retain ownership of files, text, and other materials you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Trustfill a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service for you (including AI drafting via subprocessors).

You represent that you have the rights to upload Customer Content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share with a SaaS vendor and its subprocessors.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service or others.

Drafted answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Large language models can hallucinate. You must review all outputs before relying on them. Trustfill is not liable for business, legal, or compliance outcomes resulting from unreviewed or incorrect drafts.

Paid plans, trial limits (for example a limited number of exports), and add-ons such as Rush Fill are described on the site and in-product billing. Prices may change with notice for subsequent billing periods.

• Payments are processed by Stripe; Stripe’s terms also apply to payment processing
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in billing settings or by written request
• Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period or one-time purchase (including Rush Fill) has started
• Rush Fill is an async human review add-on when offered; it does not include live calls or guaranteed buyer acceptance

You agree not to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Probe, scan, or attack the service, or circumvent access controls
• Resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
• Use Trustfill to generate false security claims you know are unsupported
• Interfere with other customers’ use of the service

The Trustfill name, logos, software, UI, and documentation are owned by TWT EXPERTS LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks except as needed to identify that you use Trustfill.

The service depends on third parties (hosting, database, Stripe, AI providers, email). We are not responsible for outages or acts of those providers beyond our reasonable control, though we will work in good faith to restore service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DRAFTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ACCEPTED BY ANY BUYER OR AUDITOR.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWT EXPERTS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify Trustfill against claims arising from your Customer Content, your submitted questionnaire answers, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using Trustfill and cancel subscriptions as described in billing. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, Terms violations, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period unless law requires retention.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Courts located in Delaware (or another venue we mutually agree in writing) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
