Trustfill is operated by TWT EXPERTS LLC (“Trustfill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our public website and product are available at https://gettrustfill.com.

This policy covers personal information and customer content processed when you visit our marketing site, create an account, upload evidence or questionnaires, use AI drafting features, or subscribe via Stripe.

It does not cover third-party sites we link to (for example Stripe Checkout or your buyer’s portal). Those providers have their own policies.

Account and contact data

• Email address and authentication identifiers (for example magic-link or session tokens)
• Workspace name and membership details you provide
• Support messages you send to hello@gettrustfill.com

Customer content

• Security evidence files and extracted text you upload to your vault
• Questionnaires (CSV, XLSX, TXT, or pasted lists) and drafted answers
• Citations, edits, approvals, and export activity tied to your workspace

Billing data

• Subscription plan, status, and customer IDs. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical and usage data

• IP address, browser type, device/OS signals, and approximate location derived from IP
• Pages viewed, feature usage (for example questionnaire runs and exports), and error logs
• Cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication and basic site operation
• Optional marketing parameters (for example UTM) when you arrive from paid ads

• Provide, secure, and improve the Trustfill service
• Authenticate users and manage workspaces
• Retrieve evidence, draft questionnaire answers with citations, and surface UNVERIFIED gaps when evidence is missing
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and optional Rush Fill orders via Stripe
• Respond to support requests and send transactional product email (for example sign-in links)
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain service integrity
• Measure ad and signup funnels when you arrive from marketing campaigns
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer evidence vault content to train public foundation models for unrelated third parties.

To draft answers, Trustfill may send relevant excerpts of your uploaded evidence and questionnaire text to third-party large language model providers (for example OpenAI) under our commercial API terms. Those providers process content to return model outputs for your workspace.

You remain responsible for reviewing drafts before export or submission. Answers without supporting evidence may be marked UNVERIFIED.

We share information only as needed to run the product:

• Infrastructure & database providers (hosting, Postgres) that process data under contract
• Stripe for payments and billing
• AI model providers for drafting features described above
• Email delivery providers for transactional mail
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required)

Workspace members you invite can access content in that workspace according to your configuration.

We retain account, billing, and workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated customer content by emailing hello@gettrustfill.com. We may retain limited records (for example invoices or security logs) where required by law or for dispute resolution.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a SaaS MVP, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled infrastructure, and workspace isolation in application logic. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. See our Security page for current practices.

• Access or update account email / workspace details in-product where available
• Request a copy or deletion of personal data by contacting us
• Opt out of non-essential marketing email (we primarily send transactional mail)
• Depending on your location (for example EEA/UK or certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port data, and to object to certain processing

Trustfill is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

Trustfill is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
